We have continued to strengthen and expand the original patents licensed from GlaxoWellcome to secure the strongest possible intellectual property coverage for our proprietary compounds. We have eight issued US patents with corresponding issued patents or pending applications in Europe, Japan, and numerous other countries, and seven additional pending US patents.
